MightyWELL Dental is an individual PPO dental plan with a $3,000 annual maximum. It covers preventive care at 100% with no deductible, basic services at 80% after the deductible, and major services at 50% after a 12-month waiting period. The deductible is $150 individual or $300 family, and members can use any dentist while maximizing savings through the Connection Dental PPO Network.
